The website www.grekaicons.gr (hereinafter referred to as “Website”) belongs to the company with the trade name “Greka Icons S.A.” (hereinafter “Greka” or “we”) and its registered office at 10 Amfitheas Avenue, Athens, P. Faliro, 175 64, Greece. The services and products offered through this Website and more specifically through its online shop as well as the execution of transactions are subject to the following Terms and Conditions. By browsing the Website, using the services and/or proceeding to transactions of products, the users/visitors of the Website (hereinafter “user”, “customer” or “you”) agree to these Terms and Conditions. The Terms and Conditions is the only legally bounding agreement between you and Greka. If you do not agree to these Terms you should not use the Website.

We reserve the right to modify at any time the contents and scope of these Terms and Conditions even without notice.  Any modification will be effective as soon as the present text is updated. For this reason we encourage you to periodically visit this page in order to keep informed on any change. In the event of any subsequent amendment of the Terms and Conditions, your use of the Website at a future date will be taken to imply your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.

1. Use of services

1.1 The information of the Website is provided solely for informational purposes. You may visit the Website and browse it without charge.

1.2 The Website offers you also the possibility to purchase products through its online shop. To make any transaction through the online shop, your prior registration is optional. Each user – either registered or not – must complete his/her billing and shipping address (when the billing address is different from the shipping address) in order to make a transaction. All of this data, as well as any additional data you may enter if you wish an invoice to be issued, are processed in accordance with the Website’s Privacy Policy. The e-mail address you fill in has to be active and be accessed only by you, as all communication for your transaction will be conducted via this e-mail.

1.3 You remain personally and solely responsible for all actions performed by your user account. You should immediately notify us if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any breach or potential breach of security. You are solely responsible for the careful use of your account and your complete logout from your account at the end of each session.

1.4 You must be eighteen (18) or over to register as a user and/or use the services of our Website. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions or by using the services, you represent and warrant that you have the authority, right and capacity to enter into this agreement and to abide by all of the Terms and Conditions. 

2. Terms of sale

2.1 By placing an order you agree to purchase a product according to these Terms and Conditions. All orders are received by completing and sending the relevant order form on the Website under the “Checkout” section and clicking on the “Place order” icon, after consent is given by selecting the “I have read and agree to the Website Terms and Conditions” tick-box. Orders are only binding if the order confirmation is sent to you by e-mail. You are required to review the above order confirmation and promptly notify us in writing of any error, otherwise the details listed therein will be applied in the sales contract between Greka and you.

2.2 Greka provides certain information on the products offered through its online shop, such as a short description, the price of the product etc.. All prices are in Euro and include VAT. Greka reserves the right, at any time and without any other notice, to modify (change) the prices of the products. However, orders that have already been made shall not be affected by these modifications.

2.3 From time to time, we may offer coupon codes, which will apply to purchases made through the online shop. The conditions of use of any coupon code will be determined at the time of its issuing and will clearly indicate its expiry date.

3. Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights

3.1 Greka maintains exclusively any intellectual property rights on the design, source code and the entire content of the Website (including but not limited to pictures, graphics, photographs, texts and all other files of this Website) either directly as creator or indirectly, licensed by the respective creators. Violation by any means of these rights will draw the subsequent penalties and liability defined by applicable laws. Indicatively and non-exclusively: copying, modifying, publishing, distributing by any means of the content of the Website, as well as decompiling or by any means unauthorized use of its software is prohibited.

3.2 Any trademarks, brand names and logos appearing on the Website are registered trademarks of Greka and/or third parties and they are protected by the relevant provisions of Greek and European trademark laws, and by international conventions and treaties. In any event, the use of these trademarks, brand names and logos, without granting a license by us, is absolutely prohibited.

4. User’s obligations 

4.1 The user accepts and undertakes not to use the Website for sending, posting, sending by e-mail or transmitting in other ways: (a) any content that is illegal for any reason, which infringes and damages Greka or any third party, infringes the confidentiality or the privacy of any person’s data, (b) any content that inflicts social morals, values, minor age, etc., (c) any content for which users are not entitled to broadcast under the law or applicable contracts, (d) any material containing software viruses or any other code, files or programs designed to interrupt, damage, destruct the operation of any software or computer hardware, (e) anything containing promotional material. Any use contrary to the above, apart from any civil and criminal penalties, will result in the discontinuance of the services provided without any warning.
