Roasted Young Potatoes with Sea Salt & Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Serves:5
2 kg. young potatoes with skin
1 cup Navarino Icons Estate Grown Extra Virgin Olive Oil
5 tbsp. Navarino Icons Sea Salt with Rosemary
Wash potatoes thoroughly and leave skin on. Rub with extra virgin olive oil and generously sprinkle with sea salt. Bake in preheated oven, at 200o C for 1 hour.

Serve the roasted young potatoes, hot as a side dish with any meat, fish or salad featured here.
