TREA Wildflower honey is harvested from colonies of bees that roam freely to collect nectar from the flowers blooming in abundance in Thassos island.
Once foraged by the bees and harvested from the hives, honey is being constantly evaluated as to its composition and quality. It is the biodiversity of the flora of the area along with the extended sunshine and the wind that offers its silky essence. After being extracted from the combs, honey is stored in large tanks before being bottled. Finally, it is cold packed by hand without the addition of artificial additives or flavorings.
Serving Suggestions: Ideal in tea, as a topping on fresh Greek yogurt and ice-cream, or spread on toasted bread, crepes and pancakes.
